Falcon is involved in valuation and consultancy relating to different classes of real estate such as office, retail, industrial, residential, businesses, agricultural and development land. Our valuation services have gone a long way in in meeting various client needs such as financial reporting, secured lending, acquisitions and sale among others. Property valuations are carried out by valuers and supervised by directors who are dully registered and licensed to carry out valuation in Kenya as per the requirements of the Valuers Act Cap. 532 of Laws of Kenya.
